It was such a treat to have Jemma come in and present to our team. We had a company awards day and wanted someone to come in and refresh our team, to give mind-ful insights and educate us all on how to live a healthier, more balanced life. Jemma not only did this, but she gave really useful tips for daily stress relief, and re-energized everyone!
